HOW SOON WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?                                          

We understand the importance of timely order processing. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification along with a tracking number. Delivery within the UK typically takes 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.                                                                     

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?                                                        

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 24 hours containing tracking details. You can monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package by clicking Track Your Order.                                                                 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?                  

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. When your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that receiving the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package yet. Allow 1 to 3 days for tracking status updates.                                                                       

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

After you place your order, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided. Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT ?                                                

We know how important your order is! Caffeine Gears provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, first check with neighbors or others who may have accepted it on your behalf. Contact the shipping carrier to discuss and file a claim if needed. We will assist you to the best of our ability,     

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING INFO UPDATING, IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG?

This is normal. The tracking information normally lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 4 days, please contact support.
